Most of what's served around Christmastime is for people with a sweet tooth but it's nice to also have some treats for those that prefer it savoury. I am always making these dainty sandwiches when we have guests.

4 slices soft wholemeal bread
100 to 125g soft goat cheese or cream cheese
1/2 celery stick, minced
2 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and minced

Using biscuit cutters cut out 2 Christmas trees out of each bread slice (reserve the scraps and crust to use in dishes where dried bread is required such as meatballs or meatloaf).
Spread with cheese and sprinkle with celery and minced sun-dried tomatoes. Serve immediately.
