Healthy Halloween fruit snacks

    If you are concerned that your kids eat too many sweets, try these healthy Halloween snacks. Dried and fresh fruit like apricots, mangoes and grapes are so much more appealing when they look at you!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 100g dried apricots
    • 100g dried peaches or mangoes
    • 200g white seedless grapes
    • sugar pearls in different sizes
    • white decorating icing

    Method

    1. Arrange the fruits on a platter. Place a few grapes on a toothpick in vertically direction and the last one horizontally for the head.
    2. Place two dots on each piece of dried fruit, and on the top grape of each toothpick. Attach two sugar pearls for the eyes.
