475ml rice milk or other dairy-free milk
125g vegan chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine rice milk, chocolate chips and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is hot, about 5 minutes.
Suggestion:
Add a chai tea bag to the saucepan for a chai-spiced hot chocolate.
