    • 120ml milk
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon caramel topping
    • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 250ml brewed coffee

    Method

    1. Combine milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until frothy and close to simmering, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low; whisk in caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Mix in coffee.
