225g cream cheese
175g cooked ham slices

Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Dust a work surface lightly with flour and lay out the puff pastry. Spread with a thin layer of cream cheese and cover the entire surface with ham slices, leave a 2cm border free. Tightly roll up puff pastry like a Swiss roll.
Slice puff pastry roll into 6mm thick slices and lay flat on the prepared baking sheet cut side down.
Bake in the centre of the preheated oven until lightly browned and puffed up, 15 to 20 minutes.
