Baked Brie

    Serve this baked Brie topped with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes with crackers or slices of crusty bread.

    • 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, minced
    • 3 artichoke hearts packed in oil, drained and chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 (675g) Brie cheese round

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Mix sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and garlic in a small bowl.
    3. Trim the top part of the rind from the Brie and discard. Place Brie in a round baking dish with the trimmed side facing up; top with the sun-dried tomato mixture.
    4. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is softened, about 20 minutes.
