This colourful chocolate bark is topped with crushed candy canes and is very easy to make. Lovely for a treat or to give as gifts.

100g dark chocolate, diced
1 tablespoon cream
200g white chocolate, diced
1 to 2 tablespoons water
2 candy canes

Line a baking tray with cling film. Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath. Add cream and stir; pour over the baking tray to form a rectangle about 15x20cm. Chill 30 minutes or until hardened.
Melt the white chocolate. Crush the candy canes in a plastic freezer bag. When white chocolate has melted, add cold water and stir until smooth. Add half the crushed candy canes and pour over the dark chocolate. Scatter remaining candy cane crumbs over the top and chill in the fridge 1 hour.
