Cinnamon crumble topping

    Whip up a few batches of this cinnamon crumble topping (or streusel) and keep extra portions in the freezer so you have it when you need to make a last minute dessert!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 72 

    • 225g butter
    • 125g caster sugar
    • 100g soft brown sugar
    • 375g plain flour
    • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, or to taste

    1. Beat butter, caster sugar and brown sugar with an electric mixer until creamy. Mix flour and cinnamon into creamed butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.

    Note:

    Store in airtight container in the freezer until needed.
