You can bake your eggs and bacon for breakfast in a muffin tin. If using a silicone tray, it's even faster. And you don't need to add bacon with the eggs, you can also just bake them plain, just make sure your tin is well greased.

1 drizzle oil
1 dash milk
salt and pepper
12 to 18 slices bacon
minced fresh herbs (optional)

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a muffin tin with oil.
Line each hole with bacon slices so they overlap and the hole is completely covered on all sides.
Whisk eggs in a bowl with milk, salt and pepper. Add herbs if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven until the eggs have set, about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool for a minute or so, then gently turn out and serve.
