Egg and ham salad

    A classic German egg salad with boiled ham and a generous sprinkling of fresh chives.

    • 4 tablespoons salad cream
    • 125ml double cream
    • 1 teaspoon mustard
    • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
    • 100g cooked ham, diced
    • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped

    1. Add salad cream, double cream and mustard to a bowl and stir till smooth. Gently fold in eggs and ham and sprinkle with chives.
