    About this recipe: I love smoothies, they're refreshing and filling. A great way to start the day.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
    • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
    • 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt
    • 2 tablespoons milk

    Method

    1. Place all ingredients into smoothie maker/blender and pulse until smooth. Serve.
