Choccy mug cake

    This mug cake is light and fluffy and will come out right every time. The chocolate flavour is not too intense but just right.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 4 tablespoons self rising flour.
    • 4 tablespoons caster sugar
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    • 1 egg
    • 5 tablespoons semi skimmed milk
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    Method
    Prep:3min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Put the flour, sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix.
    2. Add the egg and milk to the mixture and mix. Add the oil and mix one more time.
    3. Then pour into two mugs.
    4. Put one mug into the microwave for 1 minute, then for 30 seconds and finally 20 seconds.
    5. Do the same for the second mug then enjoy.
