This pretty pink martini is a blend of pink grapefruit, lemon juice and gin. If you don't like gin - try it with vodka instead! We rimmed the martini glasses with a fun mix of crushed pink peppercorns and coarse sugar.
To make a simple syrup, stir together 60g sugar and 60ml water in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until the sugar has dissolved. Let cool before using. Store for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge.
