Frankly when I first heard about green smoothies I did not think I would like them but now I am a huge fan! This is my latest creation that I have made with fresh sorrel leaves from the garden. Best to use young tender leaves.

1 handful young sorrel leaves, stems removed, washed and dried
1 ripe banana
250ml orange juice, chilled
Method Prep:5min › Ready in:5min
Add sorrel, banana and orange juice into a blender; blend till smooth. If it is too thick, add a little more orange juice. Divide between two glasses and serve.
