Bok choi and kale green smoothie

    • 1 pear, cored
    • 150g green grapes
    • 80ml water
    • 80g chopped fresh pineapple
    • 1/2 banana, frozen
    • 35g chopped bok choi
    • 35g chopped kale
    • 1 orange, peeled
    • ice
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

    1. Combine pear, grapes, water, pineapple, banana, bok choi, kale, orange, ice and mint in a large blender. Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, until smooth.
