To make a creamier dressing, you can add 1 to 2 tablespoons of vegan plant-based yoghurt.
Using warm water instead of cold or room temperature water ensures the dressing is easier to stir and doesn't solidify.
This was okay but it needed something. I don't know what but it needed something for sure. I made a similar recipe from this site on the same night that called for Greek yogurt and it was definitely the better of the two. I recommend adding some of that and then maybe an herb of some sort.
