To the reviewer saying this dressing needs yogurt ... it's vegan, so it will taste differently from a dressing that uses traditional yogurt. Maybe a soy yogurt would add another tangy flavor to add to the lemon.... I loved this dressing as-is. Once I had added enough water to thin it out I needed to add a bit more lemon. This was okay but it needed something. I don't know what but it needed something for sure. I made a similar recipe from this site on the same night that called for Greek yogurt and it was definitely the better of the two. I recommend adding some of that and then maybe an herb of some sort.
