    Peanut and oat cereal bars with no refined sugar - they are sweetened with bananas, carrots and apples.

    • 160g oats
    • 2 bananas, mashed
    • 2 carrots, grated
    • 1 apple, grated
    • 225g unsweetened apple sauce
    • 75g chopped peanuts

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a traybake tin or baking dish.
    2. Mix oats, bananas, carrots, apple, apple sauce and chopped peanuts together in a bowl; spread into the prepared baking dish.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Slice into bars.
