Tomato and ham pasta sauce for one

    This recipe requires only four ingredients and makes a quick pasta sauce that if you are cooking just for yourself.

    Serves: 1 

    • 2 to 3 slices ham
    • 6 tablespoons passata
    • 1/2 garlic clove, chopped finely
    • 1 sprinkle dried oregano


    1. Fry the ham in a saucepan until brown. Add the passata and garlic and stir to combine.
    2. Scoop the sauce onto a plate and top with dried oregano. Serve with pasta or by itself.
