Easiest ever slow cooker pulled pork

    The easiest pulled pork for a slow cooker. Serve in baps with your favourite accompaniments for an easy peasy dinner.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 joint boneless pork shoulder
    • salt and pepper
    • 1 bottle HP® BBQ sauce, to taste

    1. Generously season pork shoulder with salt and pepper. Pop joint of meat in a slow cooker for 8 to 9 hours on low.
    2. When cooked, cut off any excess fat, then shred the meat with 2 forks.
    3. Put the pork in a bowl and add barbecue sauce to desired taste. Just before serving, blitz in the microwave on high for a few seconds.
    4. Serve with desired accompaniments. Job done!
