Easy gluten free 2-ingredient Nutella® brownies

    You will only need eggs and Nutella® to make these easy brownies! Soft, fudgy and totally gluten free!

    Serves: 10 

    • 250g chocolate-hazelnut spread, such as Nutella®
    • 4 eggs

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a 20cm square baking dish; line with baking parchment.
    2. Place Nutella® in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until soft and creamy, about 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds.
    3. Whisk eggs in a bowl with an electric mixer until pale and creamy, about 7 minutes. Mix in Nutella and whisk on low speed until well combined, about 2 minutes. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven until top is dry and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
