Air fryer chicken nuggets
These breaded mini chicken fillets are cooked in an air fryer until golden and crispy. Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 1 egg
- 60g breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 mini chicken fillets

- Preheat an air fryer to 180 C.
- Whisk egg in a small bowl.
- Mix breadcrumbs and oil together in a second bowl until mixture becomes loose and crumbly.
- Dip each mini chicken fillet into the bowl of egg; shake off any residual egg. Dip chicken into the crumb mixture, making sure it is evenly and fully covered. Arrange chicken in the air fryer. Cook until no longer pink in the centre, about 12 minutes.
