Air fryer wedges

    I love wedges, and now they seem healthier and easier that I am cooking them in my air fryer. Delicious served with soured cream and sweet chilli sauce.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 large potatoes
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • soured cream (optional)
    • sweet chilli sauce (optional)

    1. Slice the potatoes lengthwise into eight or twelve even-sized wedges.
    2. Preheat your air fryer to 180 C.
    3. Put the potatoes in a plastic food bag and add the oil. Jiggle the bag so the potatoes get coated with a layer of oil.
    4. Tip the potatoes into the air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes; toss, return and cook for an additional 10 minutes (or a little longer if the wedges are thicker).
    5. Serve hot with a dollop of soured cream and sweet chilli sauce.
