Salmon and broccoli pasta with cream

    Tasty and easy to make: pasta with salmon fillets and broccoli.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 salmon fillets
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 400g pasta (penne or other)
    • 330g broccoli
    • 150ml double cream

    1. Pan fry salmon in the hot oil for about 13 minutes, or according to packaging directions. Flake the salmon with a fork.
    2. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to packaging directions. In a separate pot steam or boil broccoli in salted water until it can be pierced with a knife.
    3. Once everything is ready put it all in a large pot. Stir in the cream and it’s ready to serve.
