Vegan oat cookies

    • 100g golden caster sugar
    • 120g vegan spread
    • 140g plain flour
    • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
    • 100g porridge oats


    1. Cream together vegan spread and sugar in a bowl
    2. Add vanilla extract
    3. Fold in oats and flour mixing until mixture forms a dough
    4. Wrap dough in a bag and chill in fridge for 30 minutes
    5. Preheat oven to 190c. Remove dough from fridge and roll out on a floured surface, using a cookie cutter cut all the dough into rounds and place on baking sheets place biscuits in the oven for 15-20 minutes till the edges are golden
    6. Wait till biscuits cool and enjoy!


    Cooking time is for fan oven other ovens may need longer
