Vegetarian meatball sub

    An easy, not too high calorie lunch for vegetarians (substitute the cheese out and use vegan meatballs for a vegan alternative).

    • 1 hotdog bun
    • 4 ready made vegetarian meatballs
    • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
    • 140g shredded cheese


    1. Fry or bake the meatballs according to package directions.
    2. Heat up the marinara sauce in a pan.
    3. Once cooked, put the meatballs in the hot dog bun (you may want to toast it). Pour the marinara sauce over then add the cheese. Place in oven for a few minutes if you want the cheese melted.
