    1. Mix together the flour, yeast, caster sugar and salt in a large bowl.
    2. Add the butter to the milk, then microwave until the butter is melted.
    3. Add the milk mixture and egg to the flour mixture. Mix together into a sticky dough, then knead until smooth and no longer sticky.
    4. Mix together the brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon, then cream in the butter until it resembles a thick, brown paste.
    5. Roll out and stretch the dough into a pound-coin-thick rectangle. Spread over the cinnamon butter.
    6. Roll the rectangle up, starting from the shortest width. Then cut into 1.5cm to 2cm rolls.
    7. Place onto a greased or lined tray, cover with cling film and let prove for 1 hour.
    8. Preheat the oven to 220 C / 200 C fan / Gas 7.
    9. Once proven, bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 7 to 12 minutes.
    10. Once cooled, make the icing. Mix the icing sugar and cinnamon, then add the liquid. Drizzle over the rolls and enjoy.
