Strawberry and lemon cordial

1. Hull the strawberries, then slice into quaters. Slice the orange and lemons into circles.
2. Chuck into a large saucepan with the sugar and water. Stir.
3. Plonk it on the hob and bring to the boil.
4. Leave to cool at room temperature. In the meantime, try not to get bored.
5. Sieve into a bottle.
6. To serve, use 1 part cordial to 3 parts water or to taste. The cordial keeps in the fridge for about 1 week.

Tip

I recommend buying more strawberries than you need, as punnets often contain some spoiled ones.
