Quick lemon cream dessert

    This is perfect for introducing your toddler to food and simple for those who have better things to do. This has a moose texture so small children will probably enjoy this. This is my first recipe online and I think you will really enjoy this.

    • 300ml double or whipping cream
    • 1 (400g) tin condensed milk
    • 2 lemons, juiced and zested

    1. Whip the cream with an electric whisk
    2. Add the condensed and whisk in fully. Add lemon juice and most of the zest (leave some for decoration) and then mix that in too.
    3. Add to loaf tin and place in fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.
    4. Serve with biscuits or on own.


    This dessert will harden the longer it is chilled, you can use a different citrus fruit if preferred.
