    This is a delicious vegan carrot and almond smoothie that actually tastes like carrot cake! You can sweeten it with dates or leave them out.

    • 250ml almond milk
    • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
    • 2 dates, pitted and chopped (optional)
    • 10 toasted almonds
    • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
    • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
    • 2 pinches ground cinnamon
    • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

    1. Combine almond milk, carrots, dates, almonds, hemp seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth.
