Chocolate peanut butter energy balls

    These energy snacks are made with oats, peanut butter, coconut, chocolate chips and dried cranberries.

    • 325g quick cooking oats
    • 675g natural peanut butter
    • 185g desiccated coconut
    • 175g chocolate chips
    • 120g dried cranberries
    • 240ml almond milk
    • 120ml honey, melted

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:15min chilling  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Combine oats, peanut butter, desiccated coconut, chocolate chips, cranberries, almond milk and honey in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
    2. Roll mixture into bite-size balls and arrange on a tray. Refrigerate until set, at least 15 minutes.
