Fire up any cocktail party with this spicy watermelon margarita, a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that's adjustable to any spice tolerance.

300g watermelon cubes, seeds removed plus more watermelon for garnish
1 lime wedge
1 pinch sea salt
20ml lime juice
1 thin slice jalapeno chilli pepper, plus more for garnish

Puree watermelon in a blender. Wipe the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge; dip rim in salt and/or sugar.
In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, add tequila, Cointreau® , lime juice, jalapeno and 60g of the watermelon puree. (Reserve remaining puree for up to four more cocktails.) Shake until very cold.
Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge or melon balls and a jalapeno slice (or simply float a jalapeno slice on top of drink).
