Mango, pear and flaxseed smoothie

    This yogurt smoothie is of course very simple, but tastes delicious. The mango, pear, cardamon and lemon are a delicious combination of flavours.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, stone removed
    • 3 ripe pears, peeled, cored, cut into pieces
    • 400g plain yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons of milled flaxseed
    • pinch of cardamom
    • juice of 1/2 lemon

    Method

    1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender and serve. Add crushed ice if you wish.
