Berry and cucumber smoothie

    A refreshing smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, banana and cucumber! When the bananas get too ripe on the fruit bowl, I freeze them (peeled). Perfect to use in this recipe, you do not have to add ice cubes anymore.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
    • 4 to 6 strawberries, hulled
    • 50g blueberries
    • 3 tablespoons plain yoghurt

    Method

    1. Mix banana, cucumber, strawberries, blueberries and yoghurt in a blender; puree until smooth. Pour smoothie into a glass.
