A refreshing smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, banana and cucumber! When the bananas get too ripe on the fruit bowl, I freeze them (peeled). Perfect to use in this recipe, you do not have to add ice cubes anymore.

1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cucumber, sliced
4 to 6 strawberries, hulled
3 tablespoons plain yoghurt

Mix banana, cucumber, strawberries, blueberries and yoghurt in a blender; puree until smooth. Pour smoothie into a glass.
