No-bake raspberry peanut butter cereal bars

    Peanut butter, oats, honey, raspberries and seeds are mixed together in these no-bake cereal bars, perfect for lunchboxes or an afternoon pick-me-up.

    Serves: 10 

    • 140g natural peanut butter
    • 4 tablespoons honey
    • 75g gluten-free oats
    • 60g fresh raspberries
    • 30g milled flaxseed
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

    Method

    1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until melted and smooth, about 30 seconds. Add oats, raspberries, flaxseed and chia seeds; mix well.
    2. Line an 20cm baking dish with greaseproof paper.
    3. Press oat mixture into the prepared dish, using your fingers to flatten into the corners. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours. Slice into squares or bars.
