I followed it exactly and it tasted good but it was a stodgy mess. I put it in in individual teaspoons but they all ran in together. The top hardened slightly but the bottom remained runny. Not sure what went wrong. - 13 Oct 2013
I've made other meringue recipes successfully, but these were chewy and seemed undercooked (although I left them in the oven overnight). They were not crisp nor light and airy. I felt there were too many chips in them also. I was disappointed. - 27 Jan 2002 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
