This is a non alcoholic version of the famous cocktail from the American South.

200g granulated sugar
4 tea bags
1 heaped tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
2L cold water
250ml orange juice
6 tablespoons lemon juice
Method Prep:10min › Cook:5min › Extra time:10min › Ready in:25min
Bring sugar and 250ml water to the boil in a small saucepan. Stir till sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Add tea bags and mint and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain mixture and discard tea bags and mint.
Combine tea mixture, cold water, orange juice, and lemon juice in a jug.
