Delicious meatloaf, very moist and easy to do. Will definitely be on our menu again. Next time, we shall add herbs to the meat mixture, and also red onion marmalade. We put a splash of Lancashire sauce into the topping mix. Think we'll experiment with different mustards as well. We had new potatoes and a variety of vegetables to go with it. Thanks for a great family meal Janet. - 16 Sep 2012
