Air fryer breakfast frittata

    Frittatas are easy to make using a cake tin that fits in the air fryer basket. Switch up the ingredients to suit your taste.

    Serves: 2 

    • 120g sausages, fully cooked and sliced
    • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 50g grated cheese blend
    • 2 tablespoons diced red pepper
    • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
    • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
    • cooking spray

    1. Combine sausage, eggs, grated cheese, red pepper, spring onion and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix to combine.
    2. Preheat the air fryer to 180 C. Spray a nonstick 15cm round cake tin with cooking spray.
    3. Place egg mixture in the prepared cake tin.
    4. Cook in the air fryer until frittata is set, 18 to 20 minutes.
