Rhubarb banana blueberry smoothie stacks

    Smoothie stacks are few extra steps to make but they just look so pretty! Use frozen fruit and an immersion blender if you have one, the amounts are too small for a regular sized blender (unless you double or triple the recipe and make a larger batch).

    Serves: 1 

    • 100g frozen blueberries
    • 200g stewed rhubarb
    • 1 large banana, frozen
    • a little orange juice

    1. Let blueberries thaw a little then puree and fill in a tall glass.
    2. Puree stewed rhubarb and slowly pour on top of blueberries.
    3. Puree banana, adding a little orange juice if it is too stiff. Pour on top of rhubarb and serve at once.
