Ingredients
Makes: 20 truffles
250g dark chocolate
25g butter
1 tablespoon condensed milk
25g cocoa powder
3 tablespoons dark rum
icing sugar, as needed
chocolate sprinkles, for rolling
Method Prep:15min › Ready in:15min
Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt in a double boiler or in the microwave. Remove from heat; add butter, condensed milk, cocoa and rum and stir until smooth. Sweeten with icing sugar if you like.
Form into balls and roll in the chocolate sprinkles.
