These chocolate and rum truffle balls are a must for any Christmas table and they make great gifts, too.

Ingredients
Makes: 20 truffles
- 250g dark chocolate
- 25g butter
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- 25g cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- icing sugar, as needed
- chocolate sprinkles, for rolling
Method

- Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt in a double boiler or in the microwave. Remove from heat; add butter, condensed milk, cocoa and rum and stir until smooth. Sweeten with icing sugar if you like.
- Form into balls and roll in the chocolate sprinkles.
