750g Brussels sprouts
60g chopped or ground almonds
1 punch ground caraway seeds

Remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts and discard. Wash the Brussels sprouts then pluck the leaves individually, Remove the core and discard.
Bring a pot with salted water to the boil and cook leaves till soft, about 6 minutes. Drain well.
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add almonds and fry till lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts, stir to combine and reheat. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
