Melon with Parma ham

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 ripe melon (cantaloupe, honeydew or galia melon)
    • 10 slices Parma ham

    1. Wash and cut melon in half, then quarters. Scrape out seeds wiith a spoon. Cut each quarter into equal wedge and arrange on a serving plate.
    2. Place a slice of Parma ham on each wedge and secure with a toothpick. Chill till serving.
