    • 200ml orange juice
    • 200ml grapefruit juice
    • 1 frozen banana, or 1 banana and 3 ice cubes
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    • 1 thumbnail size piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and chopped
