Red wine vinegar salad dressing

I like to have vinaigrette ready so I don't have to make it all the time before dinner. It keeps well in a jar in the fridge for a week or two.

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 120ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or wholegrain mustard
- 1 pinch sugar (optional)
- salt
- pepper
