    About this recipe: A relaxing after dinner coffee laced with brandy and creme de cacao. If you decide to serve it topped with fresh cream, it's practically a dessert! This recipe is for 8.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 250ml coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua®
    • 250ml brandy
    • 125ml creme de cacao
    • 1 pot coffee (enough to serve 8)
    • whipped cream, to garnish
    • 2 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles (optional)

    1. Divide the coffee liqueur, brandy, creme de cacao and coffee between 8 coffee mugs. If you like, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles or a dusting of cocoa powder.

    We often enjoy this wonderful coffee drink on cold nights in front of the fire. Leave off the whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles and add a scoop of quality vanilla ice cream. You'll think you died and went to Heaven! Thanks Renee  -  20 Feb 2003  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
