    About this recipe: This is a fun and healthy snack that's so easy. All you have to do is wash and slice the celery into manageable sticks - the kids can do the rest by themselves.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 5 

    • 5 stalks celery, cut into halves
    • 10 tablespoons peanut butter
    • 50g (2 oz) sultanas

    Method

    1. Spread each of the 10 celery halves with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Sprinkle with sultanas.

    Altered ingredient amounts. Instead of sultanas I sometimes used dried cranberries or cherries. - 07 Aug 2008
