Heat a non-stick pan and fry chicken, skin-side down, until golden. Turn over, fry for 5 minutes, then add onion. Fry for 5 minutes, then add a tomatoes with herbs, beans and balsamic vinegar.
Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until piping hot. Serve immediately.
