Ebly Salad

    I discovered this salad by mistake - it makes a great low-fat alternative at BBQs.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 250gms Ebly durum wheat
    • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
    • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
    • 150ml low fat dressing

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Cook the Ebly for 20 minutes in boiling water. While this is cooking, chop the peppers. When Ebly is cooked, strain and rinse with cold water to cool down. Mix together all ingredients and serve!
