Potent stuff. My husband and I enjoy our alcohol, but this was too much for us. I prefer it with just the Irish cream and passing on the additional whisk(e)y.

We all enjoyed this. Sprinkled freshly grated nutmeg on the whipped cream on two and then freshly grated chocolate on the other two. We liked the chocolate better. If you're not a whiskey drinker, you may want to cut back a bit on that, as it's definitely dominant.

I thought the alcohol on this was rather strong. I cut the amount of whisky in half, but I could still taste it. I think I just prefer the Irish cream, just to taste, and as a flavoring like one would add flavored coffee cream. The whipped cream and chocolate on top were a nice touch though. Next time, I will just do the Irish Cream as I have before. Thank you, anyway.

This is such a perfect winter after-dinner drink. It works well in hot chocolate, too.

Used different ingredients. If you sprinkle the nutmeg just so over the whipped cream, it looks really pretty and it goes down really well!

I served this with my traditional irish desserts. I also used Kahlua instead of the Irish cream and it was a big hit. Perfect for a chilly night! Enjoyed by all, especially the grandparents!
