Grease a tin and preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
Melt the butter, honey, treacle, sugar, lemon curd and juice on a low heat. Do not use a microwave. Mix in porridge oats and seeds. Press into the bottom of a tin and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool before cutting into slices.
If you don't like mixed seeds you could put in puffed rice or more porridge oats instead.
Used different ingredients.
I swapped the mixed seeds for 50g of cornflakes
I used slightly less sugar(90g)
I took out the black treacle but didn't replace it with any other ingredient - I was going to replace the treacle with a tablespoon of golden syrup but didn't feel it was needed - 12 Apr 2011
